1. Agreement to these Terms · 接受条款

By accessing or using a website, page, or Company-operated service that links to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

访问或使用链接到本条款的网站、页面或本公司运营的相关服务，即表示您同意本条款和隐私政策。若您代表某个组织使用服务，您确认自己有权代表该组织接受本条款；如不同意，请停止使用。

2. Operator and eligibility · 运营主体与使用资格

The Services are operated by 杭州萨维诺智能科技有限公司 (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They are intended for lawful business use by persons who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

服务由杭州萨维诺智能科技有限公司运营，面向年满 18 周岁、具备相应民事行为能力的商业用户，用于合法业务目的。

3. Services and changes · 服务内容与变更

The public website currently presents company and contact information. Related services may support TikTok OAuth sign-in through Login Kit, authorized profile and public-video display through Display API, draft upload through Content Posting API, and subscribed event processing through Webhooks. Each feature is used only after it is configured, approved where required, presented to the user, and authorized by the user where applicable. Research API is not part of the commercial website or CRM service described by these Terms.

4. Accounts, authorization, and security · 账户、授权与安全

You may use only TikTok accounts and content that you are authorized to control. Do not provide us with your TikTok password. You are responsible for reviewing media, accompanying text, audience settings, and other choices before deliberately initiating an upload and before completing the post in TikTok. Uploading a draft through our service does not itself publish the content to TikTok. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

中文说明：用户只能使用自己有权控制的 TikTok 账户和内容，请勿向我们提供 TikTok 密码。发起草稿上传前以及在 TikTok 内完成发布前，用户应检查媒体、随附文字、受众及其他发布选项。通过本服务上传草稿并不等于内容已经发布至 TikTok。发现未授权访问时请及时联系我们。

5. Acceptable use · 使用规范

You must not:

• Use the Services in violation of law, third-party rights, or applicable platform rules.
• Access, publish, collect, or process content or personal information without proper authority or consent.
• Attempt to bypass security, probe vulnerabilities, disrupt systems, introduce malicious code, or gain unauthorized access.
• Misrepresent identity, affiliation, authorization, products, or business activities.
• Use automated means in a manner that overloads the Services or violates an applicable platform's terms.
• Reverse engineer or copy protected parts of the Services except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

违反法律、第三方权利、平台规则或服务安全要求的行为均被禁止，包括未经授权处理数据、攻击系统、虚假陈述或滥用自动化工具。

6. TikTok and other third-party services · 第三方服务

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical requirements. You are responsible for complying with those terms. We do not control and are not responsible for a third party's service, content, or independent data practices. A reference or connection does not mean that the third party endorses us. TikTok is a third-party platform, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

TikTok 等第三方服务受其自身条款、政策和技术要求约束。您需要同时遵守相应平台规则。本公司不控制第三方服务，网站出现引用或连接也不表示第三方对本公司提供官方背书。

7. Intellectual property · 知识产权

The Services, their original design, software, text, graphics, and other Company-provided materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended lawful purpose. They do not transfer ownership.

You retain rights in content and data that you lawfully provide. You grant us only the permissions reasonably necessary to host, transmit, process, and display that material to provide and secure the requested service.

中文说明：本公司或许可方保留服务及其原创内容的知识产权。您保留依法提供的内容和数据的权利，并仅授予我们为提供和保护所请求服务而合理必要的处理权限。

8. Privacy · 隐私

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including information received after an optional TikTok authorization. It forms part of these Terms.

9. Availability and disclaimers · 可用性与免责声明

We aim to operate the Services with reasonable care, but services may be interrupted for maintenance, security, network failures, third-party changes, or events beyond reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every third-party change, or any particular commercial result.

我们将以合理审慎的方式运营服务，但维护、安全事件、网络故障、第三方变更或不可合理控制的事件可能造成中断。在法律允许范围内，我们不保证服务永不中断、始终兼容第三方变更或必然产生特定商业结果。法律规定不得排除的法定责任不受本条影响。

10. Limitation of liability · 责任限制

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, including loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill, or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, or other non-excludable obligations.

在适用法律允许的范围内，双方均不对不可合理预见的间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失承担责任。欺诈、故意不当行为以及法律明确规定不得排除或限制的责任，不受本条限制。

11. Suspension and termination · 暂停与终止

You may stop using the Services and revoke third-party authorization at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, security risks, material breach, platform requirements, or service discontinuation. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a breach.

您可以停止使用服务并撤回第三方授权。为处理违法行为、安全风险、重大违约、平台要求或服务终止，我们可能限制或暂停访问；在合理且合法可行的情况下，我们会提供通知和整改机会。

12. Governing law and disputes · 适用法律与争议解决

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that may apply where you live. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith consultation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction at the Company's domicile, unless mandatory law requires another forum.

本条款适用中华人民共和国法律，但不影响您所在地可能适用的强制性消费者或数据保护权利。争议应先通过善意协商解决；协商不成的，可提交本公司住所地有管辖权的人民法院处理，强制性法律另有规定的除外。

13. Changes to these Terms · 条款更新

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, platform requirements, or law. The current version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
