3. Information we collect · 我们收集的信息

Website technical information

When you visit the website, our hosting and security systems may automatically process limited technical records such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device type, referral information, and security events. These records are used to deliver the website, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.

Information you provide

If you contact us, request support, or submit business information through a related service, we may process the information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, business contact details, and the content of your request.

TikTok Login Kit and Display API

If you choose to sign in with or connect TikTok, we use TikTok's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. Under the baseline user.info.basic scope, we may receive an open ID, display name, and avatar, together with access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the authorized connection. If you separately authorize the video.list scope, we may retrieve and display metadata for your public TikTok videos, such as video ID, title or description, duration, cover image URL, share URL, embed link, creation time, and pagination status. The exact fields are limited to the approved scopes and the fields requested by the service.

TikTok Content Posting API

If you deliberately choose to upload a draft to TikTok and authorize the video.upload scope, we may process the video or photo you select, its file or verified-domain source URL, title or description supplied for the post, your TikTok open ID and access token, an upload URL, a publish identifier, and processing status or error information. Uploaded content is delivered to TikTok for you to review and complete through TikTok's posting flow; an upload by our service does not by itself mean that you have published the content.

Webhooks and Research API

If Webhooks are configured, we may receive the event type, time, event identifier, and limited account, authorization, or content references needed to process and secure the subscribed event. Research API is not used as part of the commercial website or CRM integration described by this Policy. TikTok restricts Research Tools to separately approved independent or academic researchers conducting non-profit research.

4. How we use information · 信息用途

• Provide, operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website and related services.
• Authenticate and maintain a TikTok connection that you authorize through Login Kit.
• Display the profile or public-video information that you authorize through Display API.
• Upload user-selected media to TikTok as a draft and retrieve its processing status when you authorize that action.
• Process subscribed TikTok events where Webhooks are configured.
• Respond to support, business, privacy, and security requests.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of law or applicable platform rules.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, performance of a requested service or contract, compliance with law, and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. You may withdraw consent, but this does not affect processing already lawfully completed.

5. Cookies and similar technologies · Cookie

The public company-information pages currently do not place advertising or analytics cookies. Essential technical storage may be used by an associated authenticated service when necessary for login, session security, or fraud prevention. If we later add analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking, we will update this Policy and provide any notice or choice required by applicable law.

When you request a TikTok feature, we transmit the information necessary to complete that request to TikTok, including authorization requests, selected media and accompanying post information where applicable. TikTok processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy.

TikTok and its affiliates process information under their own terms and privacy policy when you use TikTok or authorize an integration. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

7. Retention and deletion · 保存与删除

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including service delivery, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Authorization tokens are retained only while the connection is active or otherwise needed for an authorized purpose. Media selected for a draft-upload action and temporary upload details are retained only as needed to complete or troubleshoot the requested workflow, unless the user separately saves or submits the media through another clearly disclosed feature. Selected public-video metadata may be retained while the user chooses to display it through our service. Limited technical result logs may be retained for a reasonable troubleshooting and security period.

You may revoke platform access through the relevant TikTok settings where available and may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hu.fan@aliyun.com. Please identify the relevant service or event without sending us your password. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request. We will delete or de-identify eligible information from active systems and allow protected backup copies to expire according to our retention cycle, unless retention is legally required.

Where required, we use measures intended to provide an appropriate level of protection.
